“I might well have stayed f-ed if you weren't there with Embark. I have never felt anything quite like it. I could literally feel it starting to tingle in my legs within seconds as if to say 'your not done yet buddy, you can do this'. It felt good, it went down just fine and it didn't make me want to vomit,(high praise indeed). The last 8 miles were hard, but they were much better than the previous 6 and I learned so much about how to manage a better and more important, safer effort next time. I can't wait to get my hands on more of this stuff.”
