Salted Maple Cider
The air is crisp, the leaves are changing color, and the orchards are squeezing fresh, local cider. A hot Salted Maple Apple Cider around a campfire is autumnal perfection. This simple recipe is easy to adapt for a few close friends or a crowd.
Ingredients (per serving):
1.5 C. Fresh Apple Cider
1 T. Embark Salted Maple
Dash Ginger (optional)
Dash Cinnamon (optional)
1 Shot Bourbon (optional)
Warm cider over medium heat to just before boiling. Remove from heat. Stir in Embark Salted Maple & pour into mugs. Add a dash of autumn spices and/or Bourbon, depending on the flavor of the evening.
Enjoy around a campfire at dusk with your favorite people.
